Gaelle Janssens majored at the UCL (Université Catholique de Louvain, Belgium) in Management and Administration Sciences, Quantitative Methods. She is post graduated in Environmental Management at the ULB (Université Libre de Bruxelles, Belgium).

She worked for 2 years at the UCL (Université Catholique de Louvain) over the implementation of the

Kyoto protocol, within the department of Business and Environment.

After one year of backpacker traveling, she started working at FOST Plus in 2002 as Project Manager. After 3 years, she was in charge of the Recycling Control and the R&D program. Since April 2007, she is responsible for R&D, Prevention and Design for Recycling.
